Urban Legend

Urban Legend is a cooperative game that lets the players craft an original urban legend or horror story, have characters face the legend, and possibly survive. 

The purpose of the game is to create a unique experience, in the form of shared storytelling. The goal isn’t to “win” in the conventional sense, but to tell an entertaining story for the other players. 

Your character doesn’t have to survive, and in fact it’s quite likely they won’t; not without great harm or trauma, anyway. Think Channel Zero, Candyman, Talk To Me, The Blair Witch Project, Nightmare on Elm Street, or The Ring. 

Urban Legend can be played solo, but works best with three to five players. 

You need a means to record your character, a d4 (called the suit die), and a d10. If you do not have a d4 and a d10, you can use a deck of cards, by removing the Jokers and face cards.
